Preparing for Your Vet Visit

Preparing for Your Visit

In order to make your appointment process quicker and easier for you and your pet, please fill out our new client forms online before your visit!

To help us learn as much as possible about your pet and his or her medical history, please obtain any previous health records that you might have. Or, if you prefer, just notify us and we can obtain the records for you in advance of your visit.

What to Expect

Before your visit, get to know our hospital by taking a virtual tour and reading our staff’s bios.

Payment Information

We understand that sometimes vet bills can get expensive. Your pet’s health is important to us so we will work with you to figure out the best payment option for your pet’s vet visit.

We offer CareCredit as a financing option for you to utilize for care and products with us. In addition to veterinary medicine, you may also use it in some facets of human healthcare and dentistry. We offer a payment plan with no interest payment options for 6 months. You can either complete an application at the hospital, or you may apply online at your convenience. If you are approved, you will be able to use your CareCredit account that same day.

You are also able to pay with cash, debit card or credit card! If you have any questions regarding your payment options prior to your visit, call us.

“As soon as you walk in you’ll know you’re in good hands. Staff at the front desk is caring and listen to your needs. The doctors care about your beloved pets and ask lots of question so they know exactly what to do for them.”
